Credit For the Forex Trader

24 April 2007 No Comment

As a trader one of the most annoying thing things you have to do is realise that there are other things in life other than trading. You need to pay your bills and sometimes that can be rather difficult. You are busy thinking of forex money management and here comes someone who tells you to pay his damn bill!

Having a savvy financial mind is easier said than done and I’ve found myself once in a while with the need for a personal loan. The first time I went to borrow I was denied because I didn’t have sufficient credit rating.I was mad because I was supposed to get a credit rating before I could get a loan but I could not get a loan without a good credit rating. Luckily secured loans help with that.Secured are loans secured against an asset eg a house or in the USA, cash with your bank before they can give you a credit card based on the cash saved.

Home improvement loans are a great version of secured loans. Because they are secured by your home ,they would normally have less interest than the house and who would not want some extra cash to build themselves the jacuzzi? I’m kidding .However if used wisely, they can allow you to gain greater value for your home by adding home improvements.

Remortgage Loans or refinance loans are the best way to monetise your house. After reading Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki ,I discovered that a mortgage is an asset with your bank and not your wallet. So why not refinance? However refinance your house with some sence..

Taking care of your personal finances is one way to be a better forex trader. And a trader who doesn’t have money issues is one more likely to succeed.
